The Wall Street Journal is reporting that 2.75 feet of carpet is being installed on the sides of a two-story apartment building in New York City.

The apartment building, at 15-18 East 34th Street, has been vacant since 2014.

A spokesperson for the building told the WSJ that the building has been receiving “very high volume of inquiries from individuals seeking new flooring.”

The spokesperson said that the installation of the new carpeting would begin on February 28.

The spokesperson did not offer further details on the amount of the installation, which is expected to cost around $100,000.

The Wall St. Journal reported that the apartment building has one tenant, a “senior employee” who did not want to be named.

The building, which sits on the edge of Manhattan, is home to many businesses, including a restaurant, gym, bar, and nightclub.

A New York State Department of Buildings spokesperson told the Journal that they were not aware of any complaints about the apartment.

A new floor is usually installed in the summertime, and it can be as large as two or three feet wide.

The carpeting will be installed in a series of smaller spots throughout the building, according to the WSJD.

It is not clear whether the apartments will be sold or leased.

In the fall, another apartment building was torn down in Brooklyn, the second to be torn down since the beginning of the year.
